Training

Equipment Sales

• All equipment sales are subject to stock availability.

• Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Products are supplied with manufacturer warranties where applicable.

• Returns are only accepted for defective items in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Installations and Inspections

• All safety installations (anchor points, lifelines, etc.) are carried out according to Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act) requirements.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that installation sites are prepared and accessible.

• Inspection reports and certification are provided after services are completed.

• Principal Safety Solutions is not liable for misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain installed or inspected equipment.

Liability

• Safety training, equipment, and installations reduce but do not eliminate risk. Principal Safety Solutions cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use, non-compliance, or failure to follow safety procedures.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that employees use equipment and apply training correctly in the workplace.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in quotes or service agreements.

• Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before services commence.

• Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services
